Mark Bowden[?] chronicling the US Military's
1993 attempt to capture a
Somali warlord in
Mogadishu and the intense battle that resulted between US forces on duty with the
United Nations and local militia and citizens.
It was turned into a film of the same name by Ridley Scott.
