The
Changbai Mountains (長白山地 in
pinyin: chang2 bai2 shan1 di4, literal meaning: "Perpetually White Mountainous Region") is a mountain range, largely in
Manchuria and partly in
North Korea.
The highest peak is the
Baitou Mountain (2,744 m).
This is the source of the
Songhua,
Tumen and
Yalu rivers.
