Eugenio Corini (born
30 July 1970) is a
Chievo Verona soccer player and captain. He was born in Bagnolo Mella in
Italy. He started his career at
Juventus, and afterwards played for Brescia, Sampdoria, Piacenza and Verona. He joined Chievo Verona in 1998, while on loan from city rivals Hellas and is now one of the key players behind the succes of Chievo Verona. He plays as an inventive playmaker on
midfield[?] specialising in free kicks, corners, penalty kicks and long passes.
