A person with
breasts and in general looking like a female but with
penis and
scrotum may have been born as
intersexual, but may also be a male-to-female (MTF)
transsexual who has been taking
estrogens, but no
sexual reassignment surgery. Such persons are sometimes called
ladyboy or
