Macworld Expo

Macworld Expo is a biannual trade show event put on by IDG[?], featuring new products, demos and software for Macintosh computers.

In January, there is a show at San Francisco's Moscone Center, and in July there is a show at New York's Javitz Center. For years, the July show had taken place in Boston, and Macworld Expo will move back to Boston for 2004: however, Apple will not participate. The July 2003 Expo in New York will be the last at the Javitz Center for the foreseeable future.

The Expo features three "show days" and two to three presentation and workshop days. The show days are open to the public, who can get free passes if they order in advance. The Expos are the best way to see Apple's newest products, as well as the newest software and hardware from third parties.
